Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for Mettamotion products and services.
All purchases are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Refund requests may be submitted directly through Paddle or by contacting us at hello@mettamotion.com.
1. Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products (templates, guides, toolkits, and other downloadable assets), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Refunds will not be issued after 14 days from the purchase date.
2. Subscription Plans
For monthly or annual subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
- We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period unless required by applicable law
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase date are eligible for a full refund
3. Consulting and Service Engagements
For custom consulting, strategy, or done-for-you service packages:
- A full refund is available if you cancel before work has commenced
- Once work has begun, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis based on the proportion of work completed
- No refunds are issued after full delivery of the agreed scope of work
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago (for digital products)
- Services where full delivery has been completed and accepted
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@mettamotion.com with:
- Your name and the email address used at purchase
- Your order or transaction ID
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
